In close proximity to the town of Meran, a real estate property is for private sale, consisting of a house, barn, stables, and cellar, together with its own spring well, a 24-Graber vineyard slope on the Küchelberg, and a four-cut meadow of approximately 8 Tagmahd, planted with fruit and mulberry trees, all contiguous, in prime condition, and in an exceptionally beautiful and favorable location.
Price, depending on terms, 11,000 to 12,000 fl. standard currency.
