Military Command's Acknowledgement of Patriotic Donations
The Military Command for Tyrol and Vorarlberg expresses its gratitude to donors for contributions made to the troops in 1845. Among the benefactors listed is the Meran City Magistrate, who donated wine and bread. These patriotic donations were also reported to the Imperial Council of War.

The Military Command for Tyrol and Vorarlberg extends its gratitude, as well as that of the high Illyrian and Inner Austrian General Command, to the below-mentioned parties for the gifts donated locally in favor of the military enlisted men on the occasion of the last Feast of Corpus Christi and otherwise during the second semester of the military year 1845, adding that the patriotic sentiments displayed in this manner have also been brought to the attention of the high Hofkriegsrat: To the praiseworthy City Magistrate in Meran for 3 Eimer of wine and 96 loaves of white bread valued at 12 fl. 40 kr. C. M.; to the praiseworthy City Magistrate in Feldkirch for 30 fl. C. M.; to the local authority in Dornbirn for 20 fl. C. M.; to the municipality of Thüringen in Vorarlberg for 18 Maß of beer and 12 loaves of bread, valued at 2 fl. 20 kr. C. M.; to the peasants Paul and Magdalena Zehetner in Oberohr in the Traun District for waiving the inheritance of 1 fl. 54 kr. C. M. of their deceased son Georg in favor of an ailing recruit.
