Overview
In December 1836, reports document the death of Anna Ladurner, widow of Tyrolean freedom fighter Andreas Hofer, at the age of 72 in the Passeier Valley. Following the historical events of 1809 and the loss of all her daughters, she had lived a secluded life at the Sandhof estate until her passing.
