Expression of thanks from the Grand Duke of Baden Infantry Regiment to the Bozen city magistrate
The command of the Grand Duke of Baden Infantry Regiment publicly thanks the Bozen city magistrate for providing wine and bread on the occasion of the Corpus Christi processions. This gesture highlights the cordial relations between the garrisoned troops and the population of Tyrol.

The 7th Company of the Grand Duke of Baden Infantry Regiment, garrisoned in Botzen, provided the necessary troops at the request of the local authorities to accompany the procession three times during the Corpus Christi celebrations; for this service, on the 5th and 9th of this month, it was presented each time with an Eimer of wine and bread by the laudable city magistrate. The regimental command seizes this new opportunity with true pleasure to express its public gratitude, seeing in this the most valid proof of the goodwill and cordial affection with which the regiment is received and treated by the inhabitants of Tyrol in all its stations.
