In the mountain community of Trumsberg, parish of Tschars, district court of Schlanders, Andrä Klotz died last summer in his 114th year. He was a blacksmith, married in his 40th year, fathered several children, was always of cheerful disposition until shortly before his death, and ate with good appetite the local, often rock-hard bread, having lost only two teeth until his death.
