Notice.

The undersigned board hereby gives notice that it intends to lease, for one or more years, the old as well as newly constructed Egart bath establishment situated in the most charming surroundings near Töll, together with the adjoining outbuildings, containing in total 36 furnished and partly bedded rooms, the garden, the adjoining rights of pasture, timber, and perpetual innkeeping, with or without the use of the sulfur springs. Those wishing to undertake this lease are requested to inquire about the details with the undersigned board by mid-March of the current year at the latest.
