Autumn Festival for Spa Guests at Zenoburg Castle in Meran
Marking an abundant harvest and a doubling of visitor numbers, the citizens of Merano led by Mayor Haller held an autumn festival at Zenoburg Castle on 30 September 1844. Around 200 prominent spa guests and travelers from across Europe attended the celebrations among the castle ruins.
