Announcement, concerning the sale of the residence on the Josefsberg near Meran. The real estate of the former Hieronymite monastery on the Josefsberg, one of the most beautiful spots in Meran, is for sale by private treaty. This residence, consisting of living and farm buildings, a fine church, meadowlands, gardens, forest parcels, and an excellent rock cellar, is suitable for corporations as well as private individuals, and should be especially welcome as a summer residence, being moreover abundantly supplied with the finest spring water. Apart from an annual ground rent of 10½ kreuzer, the estate is encumbered by no charges. Interested buyers are invited to apply to the undersigned for negotiations by the end of August of this year, with the added remark that the parcels of forest and the organ located by the church, as well as two bells, the tower clock, and church ornaments, may also be ceded separately.
